Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties including floor care, dusting, trash removal, wet mopping, waxing, and disinfecting of resident apartments, restrooms, and common areas.
• Handle vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and deodorizing as needed throughout the community.
• Respond promptly to resident room emergencies and document cleaning activities accordingly.
• Engage with residents and visitors courteously, fostering a friendly environment.
