Position Overview

Are you interested in pursuing a career in the hotel industry and supporting guest needs from reservation through checkout? Become a Hotelfachmann (hotel management apprentice) and gain hands-on experience in all hotel departments at Siemens' Global Leadership Center in Feldafing, a business hotel catering mainly to executives involved in international meetings and conferences.

Training Details

• The apprenticeship lasts 3 years (36 months).
• You'll be involved in the launch phase of Siemens' new Global Leadership Center.
• Receive customized internal and external training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms and maintain high standards of comfort.
• Assist at reception welcoming and registering guests.
• Serve guests in the restaurant and manage dining experiences.
• Arrange conference rooms for meetings and training events.
• Manage bookkeeping, inventory control, hotel reservations, and event planning tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational qualification: Hauptschulabschluss (basic secondary school certificate).
• Enjoy interacting with people and delivering excellent guest service.
• Possess proficiency in English.
• Demonstrate openness, sociability, and a strong team-oriented attitude.
• Show organizational skills and enthusiasm for working in an innovative corporate environment.

• Monthly remuneration during apprenticeship: €1,303 in the first year, €1,365 in the second year, and €1,444 in the third year.
