Job description
Program Overview
This eight-week summer internship, conducted from June to August, offers students an immersive experience simulating a full-time BlackRock Analyst role. It commences with a comprehensive orientation introducing the firm and facilitating sessions with senior leaders.
Internship Experience
Post-orientation, interns will engage in practical on-the-job training, undertaking daily responsibilities to support their teams' objectives throughout the summer. The internship also includes a speaker series, mentoring opportunities, networking events, and participation in employee network activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should be in the penultimate year of an undergraduate or master’s degree program, expecting to graduate in 2028. Candidates from any academic discipline are welcomed. For Continental Europe locations, local language proficiency is necessary; however, only English is required for roles in Budapest or Private Markets Investing in Zurich.
Application Guidelines
Candidates may apply for only one internship program per year and may select up to two functions within that program. Withdrawal of an application precludes resubmission for the same program within the calendar year. Upon submission, applicants will receive a pre-interview assessment that must be completed within five days, failing which the application will be withdrawn automatically.
