This 2.5-year rotational program allows you to work alongside teams in Client Business and Global Product Solutions, acquiring hands-on experience in translating ideas into client-facing investment solutions across Europe and beyond.

Client Business Rotation

Immerse yourself in managing client relations and collaborating with investment and product teams to tailor solutions for various clients, including large institutions and private wealth managers. You'll develop an understanding of investors' decision-making processes, market dynamics, and the firm's extensive product offerings such as funds, ETFs, and customized investment solutions.

Gain proficiency in client-facing tools including relationship-tracking platforms and Aladdin, the proprietary portfolio analysis technology. Learn essential communication skills for engaging diverse markets and adhering to strict ethical and regulatory standards.

Example activities include managing client meetings, coordinating outreach campaigns, preparing compelling pitch materials by transforming data into insightful narratives, analyzing sales trends, and expanding your professional network.

Global Product Solutions Rotation

Work within GPS to understand the lifecycle of investment products from conceptualization to launch and market positioning. Explore various product types like ETFs and private market funds, translating complex financial concepts into actionable guidance for portfolio construction and risk mitigation.

Engage in cross-functional collaboration to drive product development timelines, perform competitive and market gap analyses, and contribute to innovative fund ideas such as thematic ETFs in AI or Clean Energy. Develop messaging strategies and materials that effectively communicate product value to different audiences.

Example tasks include supporting product project management, becoming a product expert, improving portfolio performance analytics, tracking industry trends, investigating new product opportunities, and authoring clear product documentation.

Eligibility

Applicants must be completing their undergraduate or master’s degree by July 2027 and are welcome from all academic disciplines. Fluency in the local language is required for roles based in Continental Europe.
