Hotel Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and respectful transportation services to guests, VIPs, and hotel staff.
• Keep hotel vehicles clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Help guests with their luggage during loading and unloading processes.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services for airports, meetings, and tourist spots.
• Maintain detailed logs documenting mileage, fuel use, and travel routes.
• Promptly notify management about any accidents, incidents, or vehicle problems.
• Comply fully with traffic regulations, hotel policies, and safety requirements.
• Assist other hotel departments by providing transportation support when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Have at least 2 to 3 years' experience driving in luxury hotels or hospitality-related environments.
• Familiar with local traffic routes and conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Maintain a neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
