About the Role

Join Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa nestled within the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, offering a serene environment amidst rolling sand dunes and lush palm groves. Our 42 private pool villas provide an exclusive and authentic luxury experience. As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will play a key role in maintaining the immaculate appearance and hygiene of the entire resort, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable and outstanding stay.

Job Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests with a smile and personal acknowledgment, attending closely to their service needs and preferences.
• Support team members to guarantee smooth guest service and exemplary hospitality.
• Promptly respond to guest requests and coordinate with Engineering and housekeeping for repairs or maintenance.
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and safety equipment following health regulations.
• Manage housekeeping carts by replenishing supplies and returning them properly after shifts.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, villas, public areas, employee spaces, restrooms, and laundry facilities.
• Inspect guest rooms thoroughly, ensuring all amenities, appliances, linens, and furnishings are in place and in impeccable condition.
• Follow protocols for dealing with lost and found items and adhere to global standards including disinfection procedures and COVID safety guidelines.
• Ensure safety and security by adhering to company policies, reporting hazards, handling chemicals responsibly, and being alert to unusual occurrences.
• Maintain professional presentation, uniform standards, and confidentiality standards at all times.
