Position Overview

Core Duties

• Perform guest request fulfillment promptly and efficiently.
• Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Clean guestrooms and public areas, ensuring a pristine environment throughout the hotel.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Uphold standards of confidentiality and professionalism in appearance and communication.
• Engage in physical tasks including moving, lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying, pushing, and pulling objects, standing or walking for extended periods.
• Execute any additional reasonable job duties as assigned to support smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
