About the Role
Join Marriott International as a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, where your job involves much more than just cleaning guest rooms and making beds. You'll play a crucial role in crafting memorable and unique guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel. This position requires a proactive approach, allowing you to move freely within your workspace and address various housekeeping needs such as fulfilling guest requests, stocking cleaning carts, and cleaning rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, and safeguarding confidentiality are essential parts of the job. You will uphold high-quality standards in your work while maintaining professional appearance and communication. The role often involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods, as well as lifting, moving, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without help. Successfully managing these duties and other assigned tasks is vital to delivering outstanding service to guests and supporting our business goals.
