About Novotel Hyderabad Airport

Novotel Hyderabad Airport is thoughtfully designed with simplicity and elegance, situated conveniently near the new international airport. The hotel boasts 290 rooms and suites on the Premier Floor with WiFi access, alongside amenities including a restaurant, bar, outdoor swimming pool, and meeting facilities that can accommodate up to 400 guests within a sprawling 7-acre property. Key access points include National Highway 7 (west) and Srisailam SH (east).

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide consistently warm, professional greetings and friendly engagement to every guest upon arrival.
• Ensure guests receive a courteous and pleasant farewell when departing.
• Prepare and print arrival reports before meal periods and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including garnishes, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Assist guests by sharing detailed and helpful information about menu choices.
• Understand shift end reports and manage POS (Point of Sale) system operations appropriately.
• Support other service duties as assigned by supervisory leaders.

People Management and Guest Interaction

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests naturally and warmly without sounding rehearsed.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate smoothly with all departments at Novotel Hyderabad to foster teamwork, boost productivity, and enhance the guest experience.
• Work collaboratively and harmoniously within team environments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of secondary or high school education; hospitality or hotel management degree is preferred.
• Additional certifications in Food & Beverage will be advantageous.
• Good command of English in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Proficiency in other languages or basic knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Prior experience as a hostess is beneficial.
