Role Overview

The position of Hostess is a full-time, on-location role within Dubai. Responsibilities center around greeting visitors, managing reservations and walk-in guests, coordinating seating with service personnel, and addressing inquiries both over the phone and in-person. The role demands maintaining a polite, professional demeanor and delivering accurate details about the venue's offerings while ensuring smooth and comfortable guest seating. Additional duties include assisting with guest feedback, handling special requests, and keeping the reception area neat and organized.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills coupled with a warm, professional attitude toward visitors.
• Experience managing reservations and seating arrangements within restaurants, lounges, or related hospitality settings.
• Effective verbal communication skills, including clear phone etiquette and confident interactions.
• Capability to stay calm and well-organized during busy periods, displaying attention to detail and good time management.
• Previous experience in hospitality or front-of-house roles, preferably in upscale or fine-dining environments.
