Metro Diner, a family-owned dining establishment founded in 1992 in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking warm and friendly hosts and hostesses to join their team in St. Petersburg, FL. Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests to ensure a positive first impression
• Manage reception and reservation duties efficiently during busy periods
• Uphold excellent customer service and communicate clearly with guests
• Maintain phone etiquette and assist with front-of-house operations
• Provide hospitality support including serving basics as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience hosting in a fast-paced restaurant preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple tasks during peak service times
• Knowledge and practice of hospitality and guest-relations standards
