About the Facility
Our distinguished 68-bed care home delivers exceptional nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care within a luxurious setting.
Position Details
- Hourly pay of 12.71
- Contracted for 38 hours per week
- Includes paid PVG checks, pension contributions, and uniform provided
- Annual leave entitlement of 5.6 weeks (full-time equivalent)
Role Summary
As the Dining Host, you will be instrumental in fostering a warm, inviting, and efficiently managed dining atmosphere. Serving as a key public-facing representative, your meticulous attention to detail and friendly demeanor will ensure every mealtime is pleasant, calm, and orderly.
Your responsibilities include managing the daily setup and maintenance of dining spaces, assisting residents and guests, while upholding stringent cleanliness, safety, and service quality standards. Duties range from preparing dining settings and serving refreshments to supporting mealtime routines, all contributing to residents' comfort, daily rhythm, and wellbeing.
You will collaborate closely with kitchen and care teams to nurture a welcoming and inclusive environment where every individual feels appreciated and supported.
