Role Overview
Join Waitrose & Partners as a service counter Partner and showcase your enthusiasm and expertise for food. This role offers a chance to express pride in ethically sourced products by suggesting recipes and promoting the brand's food values. Key Responsibilities
- Manage your designated food counter, upholding impeccable presentation and hygiene standards consistently.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels to ensure popular items are available when needed.
- Handle open food products with care, observing strict health and safety guidelines, while assisting in minimizing food waste.
- Stay informed about new products and understand the company's ethical food standards, such as animal welfare policies.
- Assist the broader store team with general retail tasks as required.

- Effective communication abilities for teamwork and customer interactions.
