Role Overview

Key Duties
- Keep store shelves well-stocked and organized ensuring products are available at right times and locations.
- Prepare online orders efficiently for prompt delivery to customers’ homes.
- Minimize product waste through careful monitoring of sell-by dates and applying markdowns appropriately.
- Support the wider shop team with various tasks such as checkout assistance, managing Click & Collect orders, and fulfilling on-demand customer requests.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly store environment through general shop upkeep activities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage positively with customers.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in roles involving direct customer interaction is advantageous.
- Up-to-date knowledge and genuine interest in current trends in food and beverages.
- Flexible attitude to support overall branch needs as required.
