Key Responsibilities

• Restock shelves diligently to ensure products are available promptly and correctly positioned for customers.
• Prepare online customer orders for delivery drivers to facilitate seamless home deliveries.
• Reduce product waste by actively managing stock nearing sell-by dates, following markdown procedures.
• Collaborate with the broader retail team by supporting various duties, including checkout assistance, Click & Collect order management, and fulfilling immediate customer orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment through general store upkeep activities.

Required and Desired Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively work with customers and teammates.
• Customer-facing experience is advantageous.
• A keen interest and current knowledge of food and beverage trends is beneficial.
• Flexibility to support overall branch operations as needed.
