About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking diligent Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in offering exceptional service while delivering goods directly to customers. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out safe loading of the delivery van, including manual handling and lifting.
• Follow all safe driving protocols while on the road.
• Conduct thorough vehicle condition checks prior to departure.
• Ensure that food deliveries maintain optimum condition upon arrival.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction.
• Assist with in-store duties when necessary.
• Manage your work independently and organize your time effectively.
• Be adaptable to varied shift schedules between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for a minimum of three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• A positive, friendly attitude with a genuine passion for excellent customer service.
• Strong punctuality and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and awareness of road safety regulations.
