Overview

Iceland Foods is seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to become part of our team in Bromsgrove, England. This role offers an active and independent work environment where you play a crucial part in bringing groceries directly to customers while representing our company as a trusted face.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading the delivery van following safe manual handling and lifting guidelines
• Adhering strictly to safe driving practices
• Performing routine van safety and maintenance checks
• Ensuring deliveries reach customers in excellent condition
• Delivering outstanding customer service through friendly interactions
• Assisting with in-store duties when needed
• Working efficiently and independently to manage time and deliveries
• Flexibly working shifts varying between 6am and 11pm as required

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license for at least three years with six or fewer penalty points
• Exhibit a friendly, positive attitude and a passion for excellent customer experience
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines reliably
• Maintain a strong awareness of road safety protocols

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of 13.71
