Role Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to safe van loading methods, including manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Follow all driving safety protocols to ensure a secure delivery experience.
• Perform regular checks on the delivery van to maintain operational standards.
• Guarantee that delivered food items reach customers in optimal condition.
• Provide top-tier customer service, acting as the friendly face of Iceland.
• Offer assistance within store premises when necessary.
• Self-manage effectively to work independently and maintain timely deliveries.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working varied shift patterns between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years, with a maximum of six penalty points.
• Exemplify a positive, friendly demeanor with a passion for excellent customer experience.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
• Show strong commitment to road safety awareness.
