Role Overview

Join Iceland Foods as a Home Delivery Driver, where you will have an active role delivering groceries to customers, representing the company on the road, and providing exceptional service. This position combines independence with regular customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely, following all protocols for heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving standards at all times during deliveries.
• Conduct routine checks of the delivery van to ensure safety and readiness.
• Deliver groceries in optimal condition to customers, ensuring food quality is maintained.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all delivery interactions.
• Assist in store operations when needed to support the team.
• Work independently and effectively manage your schedule and time.
• Be flexible with working hours, with shifts that may vary from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full UK driving license, held for at least 3 years, with six or fewer penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines reliably.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to road safety awareness and practices.
