About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to be the face of our service, ensuring customers receive their groceries with excellent care and attention. This role demands independence, activity, and strong customer interaction while performing deliveries efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely, including handling heavy items and manual lifting.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices at all times.
• Carry out routine vehicle checks to maintain operational safety.
• Ensure that groceries arrive in optimal condition to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company positively.
• Support in-store activities when necessary.
• Work independently managing your schedule effectively.
• Flexibly work shifts which can vary between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A positive, friendly attitude focused on delivering a superior customer experience.
• Strong punctuality and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Heightened awareness and commitment to road safety.
