About the Role
Join a renowned company with a strong commitment to customer care and team support as a Home Delivery Driver. This position involves delivering groceries directly to customers, representing the company and ensuring an exceptional service experience while maintaining safety and efficiency on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Load delivery vans safely, handling heavy items and applying proper manual lifting techniques.
- Adhere strictly to all safe driving standards and road safety practices.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks before starting your route.
- Maintain the quality and condition of food items during transit to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and positive interactions at all times.
- Assist with in-store duties as needed to support team operations.
- Work independently and manage time effectively to cover shift requirements.
- Be flexible to work varying shift patterns, ranging between 6am and 11pm.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of three years, with fewer than seven penalty points.
- Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Be punctual and capable of meeting scheduled deadlines consistently.
- Display strong awareness and adherence to road safety regulations.
