About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team in Andover, England. This position involves delivering shopping orders directly to customers, serving as the representative face of Iceland.

Key Responsibilities

• Load vans safely complying with proper manual handling and heavy lifting protocols.
• Follow all safe driving practices consistently.
• Perform routine vehicle checks before beginning deliveries.
• Ensure food items are delivered in excellent condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during interactions.
• Support store functions as needed.
• Work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Adapt to varied shift schedules between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a full driving license for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Possess a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of road safety.
