Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Follow correct van loading procedures involving manual handling and lifting heavy items.
• Drive safely and adhere to road safety regulations at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle and van checks before and during shifts.
• Ensure groceries are delivered fresh and in optimal condition to customers.
• Engage courteously with customers, representing the company positively.
• Assist in-store duties when required.
• Work independently, effectively managing your schedule and tasks.
• Be flexible to work shifts that may vary between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, friendliness, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Be reliable and punctual, able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Have a strong sense of road safety awareness.
