Key Responsibilities and Work Environment
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Efficiently deliver orders ensuring they arrive fresh and on time.
- Use various equipment safely and comply with health and safety standards.
- Manage physical tasks such as lifting totes up to 18kg.
- Resolve customer queries proactively and independently when needed.
Candidate Profile
- Holding a full driving license for over one year with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Enjoy engaging with customers and working actively in a diverse and fast-moving setting.
- Demonstrate initiative in supporting customer satisfaction and operational duties.
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job including lifting deliveries.
