Customer Assistant - Online

Role Overview

We are seeking approachable and customer-oriented individuals to join our Online team, where the main focus is selecting and packing customer orders in preparation for delivery or in-store collection.

Work Environment and Duties

The role involves working in a fast-moving, organized setting governed by clear routines and timed tasks to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of orders to customers.

Utilizing in-store technology, you will accept incoming orders, locate appropriate products, and prepare them efficiently and with care. This dynamic role has a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction.

Additionally, depending on daily needs, you may assist other store departments such as Replenishment and Customer Service.
