About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Home Delivery Driver to join our team in Coventry, England. This role involves actively delivering groceries to customers while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. As a vital link between our store and customers, you will ensure timely and safe delivery of products, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading methods, including handling heavy items and manual tasks.
• Uphold strict safety practices while driving to guarantee secure journeys.
• Carry out routine vehicle checks before starting routes.
• Ensure products are delivered in excellent condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries.
• Assist in-store operations when necessary.
• Work independently and efficiently manage your schedule.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts ranging from 6am to 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years with fewer than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of road safety awareness.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of £13.71.
