About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team at a leading retail company. This position involves driving duties combined with customer service, ensuring timely and safe delivery of shopping orders. The role requires adherence to safety standards, excellent customer interaction, and flexibility in working hours between early morning and late evening.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely, following manual handling guidelines.
• Practice safe and defensive driving habits at all times.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections before departure.
• Ensure groceries are delivered in optimal condition.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers at delivery points.
• Support in-store operations when needed.
• Work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
• Be flexible with shift times that may vary from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive and approachable attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Be punctual and capable of working efficiently under deadlines.
• Maintain a strong understanding and commitment to road safety practices.
