Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking enthusiastic Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in excellent service and enjoy a dynamic, independent role. You will be the face of the company, driving on the road and delivering groceries directly to customers while ensuring timely and safe service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load delivery vans with adherence to manual handling and heavy lifting procedures.
• Maintain safe driving habits and comply with all road safety regulations.
• Complete vehicle checks regularly to ensure reliability and safety.
• Deliver food items in optimal condition to customers.
• Offer outstanding customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with store duties as needed.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and work independently.
• Work flexible shifts between 6am and 11pm, as shift patterns may vary.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Be reliable and punctual, capable of meeting deadlines.
• Exhibit a strong understanding and practice of road safety awareness.
