About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Follow proper procedures for loading the delivery vehicle, including manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Maintain safe driving habits at all times while on the road.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety.
• Ensure delivered food items arrive in excellent condition to customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive rapport with customers.
• Assist in store operations when required.
• Work independently managing your schedule effectively.
• Be available to work flexible shifts with hours ranging between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A positive and friendly attitude with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experience.
• Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong understanding and practice of road safety awareness.
