Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve accounts payable helpdesk tickets and vendor escalations efficiently.
• Support processes such as invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment activities.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clear communication and reporting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize SAP or JD Edwards and advanced Excel skills to manage data and improve workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable operations.
• Minimum of 2 years functioning as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the domain.
• Proficiency in SAP and JD Edwards ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong skills in ticket management, vendor communication, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts aligned to Australia-New Zealand (ANZ) time zones.
