Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Payroll Supervisor to manage comprehensive payroll operations spanning the EMEA region on behalf of our client. This position involves accountability for payroll governance, ensuring statutory compliance, overseeing vendor partnerships, and managing client relations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end payroll execution across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
- Ensure adherence to payroll governance policies and statutory regulations.
- Manage relationships with vendors and clients related to payroll services.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-country payroll management.
- At least 5 years of focused experience handling payroll in EMEA countries.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Preferred certifications include professional payroll accreditations like CIPP or APA.
