Employee Master Data Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to oversee employee master data operations at Gratitude India, a global consulting and technology company based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing master data changes within SAP HCM and Employee Central platforms while ensuring data integrity across the systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise employee master data processes and operations.
• Review Master Data Management (MDM) transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage data modifications within SAP HCM and Employee Central.
• Conduct thorough data reconciliations and root cause analyses to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Support audit activities and ensure adherence to SOX compliance standards.
• Implement and maintain robust data governance practices to uphold data quality.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Graduate degree holder in any discipline.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience handling employee master data or master data management functions.
• Proficient in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
• Experienced in root cause analysis, data reconciliation, and management reporting.
• Skilled in SOX compliance and maintaining data governance standards.
• Strong expertise in using MS Office tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
