About the Role

Boots Ireland is transforming healthcare delivery to make it more accessible and engaging in-store and online. As a Healthcare Advisor, you will provide comprehensive care by advising customers on health and wellness products and services within a modern and personalized environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and expert advice inside the store.
  • Stay informed on new product lines and promotional offers to keep customers up-to-date.
  • Proactively provide product and service information, referring customers to pharmacists when appropriate to ensure optimal choices and boost sales.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to support a positive customer experience and store success.
  • Exemplify a customer-centric mindset, fostering a friendly culture focused on fulfilling customer needs.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, professional standards, relevant legislation, and internal procedures.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized store and manage customer queues efficiently.
  • Share achievements and identify best practices across local stores to continuously enhance customer care quality.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience within a healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential.
