Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and challenge your team to achieve business growth by delivering exceptional service to customers and patients.
• Oversee sales performance and daily operations of the store while maintaining strong customer focus.
• Engage with the store environment, understand team dynamics, sales trends, and operational needs.
• Represent the Boots brand passionately, contributing to our goal of becoming the leading pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer globally.
• Identify and implement improvements to distinguish Boots from competitors in retail.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in retail management combined with strong commercial acumen and excellent customer service skills.
• Proven ability to interpret and execute company strategies in-store to drive performance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting.
• Comfortable using and adopting new technology in daily operations.
