Daily Responsibilities
In the role of Dispenser, delivering exemplary customer service will be paramount. You'll do more than supply required medicines—you will ensure customers have a soothing and confident experience. Engaging in friendly conversations, offering expert guidance, and informing customers about various health services we provide are key tasks. You will act as the initial contact point for any pharmacy inquiries, supporting the Pharmacy team through meticulous attention and inspiring excellent service, effectively contributing to repeated customer visits and their overall satisfaction.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Building strong relationships within the Pharmacy team is essential to collectively enhance the care we offer. Sharing your knowledge enables improved service delivery. Understanding our customers allows tailoring our approach and contributes to continuous improvement by communicating their feedback. Upholding high standards is critical to meeting customer needs effectively.
