Head, Project Controls & Services

Overview

Lead the Project Services team to deliver comprehensive solutions including Cost Estimation, Cost Monitoring and Control (covering budget management), Planning and Scheduling, Invoice Processing and Monitoring, and Document Control. Ensure all activities align with project timelines, budgets, and requirements for successful execution. Uphold the highest Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards in full compliance with the QHSE Management System.

Experience and Skill Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas involving IOC, NOC, EPIC contractors, or major oil & gas companies, especially large-scale project execution.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership capacity such as Head or Lead Project Control Engineer within IOC/NOC or EPIC contractor settings.
• Hands-on proficiency in planning and scheduling tools like Primavera P6, P6 Analytics, Primavera Risk Analysis, MS Project, MS Office, and SAP.
• Strong expertise in Cost Monitoring, Control, and Reporting procedures.
• Ability to implement industry best practices along with adherence to company systems, standards, and processes.
• Experience aiding project execution strategies, engineering workflows, project management methodologies, and detailed execution plans.
• Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and start-up activities in major onshore projects.
• Excellent management, communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.

Educational Credentials

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Membership in a recognized professional engineering body is mandatory.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous.
