Role Summary

The organization seeks an innovative Head of Information Technology to direct technological strategy, digital change initiatives, cybersecurity, and enterprise application management. This leadership position demands using technology as a competitive business advantage.

Key Duties

• Design and implement the enterprise-wide technology strategy and digital transformation plan for PRAMOD GROUP.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of ERP, POS, CRM, HRMS, financial, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, and warehouse management systems.
• Build and sustain secure, resilient cloud infrastructure spanning stores, factories, warehouses, and corporate offices.
• Champion AI integration throughout the company via automation, data analytics, forecasting, and operational insights.
• Create executive dashboards and business intelligence tools covering sales, finance, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain domains.
• Lead cybersecurity efforts including identity solutions, endpoint protection, disaster recovery, backups, and business continuity protocols.
• Standardize technological systems across all current and forthcoming locations.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, partners, budgets, and enterprise contracts.
• Recruit and guide a skilled IT team with focuses on infrastructure, applications, security, data, and support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profit margins by leveraging technology.

Candidate Profile

• Over 10 years of advancing leadership roles within IT fields.
• Experience leading IT in sectors like retail, quick-service restaurants, FMCG, food manufacturing, hospitality, or multi-site enterprises.
• Proven skills in ERP implementation and enterprise software solutions.
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with POS, inventory, warehouse, and manufacturing software systems.
• Knowledge of BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven ability to assess and deploy AI technologies enhancing operational effectiveness.
• Excellent leadership, vendor coordination, project oversight, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a relevant field; MBA considered advantageous.

Preferred Expertise

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud services.
• Competence in Microsoft Power BI and AI-driven enterprise automation tools.
• Knowledge of restaurant management and retail POS platforms.
