Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of small to medium maintenance and repair projects for residential and commercial clients, typically ranging from two hours up to two days in duration.
• Engage with customers to explain necessary work and set clear expectations regarding project scope and costs.
• Deliver exceptional service experiences to cultivate loyal, long-term clientele by adhering to the company's proven service process.
• Self-manage job tasks as much of the work will be conducted independently.
• Interact professionally with customers, ensuring quality service, soliciting feedback, and handling payment collections.
• Utilize personal tools and technology effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Document work progress and activities in line with company protocols.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards by using proper personal protective equipment and protective coverings within customers' premises.

Candidate Requirements

• Local residency in the Sharpsburg, GA area.
• Minimum of eight years paid experience as a handyman.
• Ownership of personal tools necessary to perform handyman tasks.
• Valid insurability for operating company vehicles.
• Completion of background and driving record checks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided.
• Capability to safely work at heights and overhead for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and responsible upkeep of company vehicle provided.
• Expertise in at least three of the following trades: carpentry, bathroom renovations, kitchen upgrades, interior and exterior painting, drywall repairs, general plumbing and electrical work (where legal), floor installation and restoration, and familiarity with building codes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000, determined by experience and skill set.
