Position Overview
Ramada Resort Golden Beach is seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Officer to join their dedicated team. This role requires a motivated individual with a versatile skill set to handle a range of maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, gardening, and general upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance across rooms and grounds to ensure high standards.
- Inspect facilities and promptly report any faults or issues encountered.
- Document maintenance concerns and follow up as necessary.
- Provide assistance to guests when maintenance-related support is needed.
Candidate Profile
- Capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor that positively represents the company at all times.
- Possesses a proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail and enthusiasm.
- Prior experience in hotel maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
- Willingness to work on a rotating roster that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays.
