Role Responsibilities
- Carry out all phases of drywall installation and finishing, specializing in rebar and concrete jobs on residential projects of various sizes.
- Carefully inspect drywall for flaws such as screw heads, misalignments, and hanging issues, marking corrections clearly before starting.
- Achieve flawless drywall joints by expertly removing air bubbles, preventing tape blistering, and ensuring tight fitting around switches and receptacles.
- Install corner, trim, and reveal beads accurately, keeping them perfectly aligned and secured using tools like string lines, lasers, squares, or straight edges.
- Work independently on job sites, confidently managing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Perform drywall patching and repairs to restore surfaces to like-new condition, focusing on rebar and concrete applications.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical experience in drywall installation and repair, particularly on rebar and concrete projects.
- Skilled in the safe operation of stilts, baker scaffolding, and ladders.
- Ability to work bilingually in English and Spanish is considered an advantage.
- Must successfully pass background, motor vehicle, and drug tests.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, dependability, honesty, and reliability.
- Possess good physical dexterity to fulfill job demands.
