About the Role

Join the Westin Hotels & Resorts team in Perth as a Guest Service Expert, where your contribution will directly support guest well-being and comfort. This position involves assisting the Guest Services team with daily operational responsibilities and acting as an enthusiastic representative of the hotel and its surrounding area. By delivering exceptional service, you will help cultivate meaningful guest experiences, encourage wellness, and strengthen guest relationships for future visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the Guest Services team through various tasks and activities.
  • Become thoroughly knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and local surroundings, emphasizing the wellness-focused environment.
  • Allocate guest rooms based on preferences and requests, ensuring utmost satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries professionally, offering engaging interactions throughout each encounter.
  • Verify and adjust guest billing accurately, responding to inquiries with attention to detail.
  • Develop and sustain strong bonds with both new and returning guests, creating personalized and memorable experiences that encourage repeat bookings.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience working with OPERA property management systems or equivalent platforms.
  • Proven background in a comparable guest service or hospitality position.
  • Valid work authorization for Australia.
  • Aspiring to grow and advance your career within the hospitality industry.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do mindset.
