Guest Service Agent - Russian Speaker

Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Guest Service Agent fluent in Russian to join our team in Dubai. The role centers on providing excellent service by welcoming guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet each guest with a smile, maintain eye contact, and use their name when possible to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Listen carefully and respond constructively to guests' inquiries, concerns, and requests, following property-specific procedures such as LEARN, PLEASED, Guest Response, LEAP, and MYSTIQUE to resolve issues and build trust.
• Anticipate and identify guests’ service preferences and offer personalized assistance accordingly.
• Respond efficiently and positively to guests' needs with professionalism and timeliness.
• Engage guests in meaningful conversations about their stay, available services, and local attractions to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless guest coverage and service.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers, using appropriate language.
• Discuss work-related matters discreetly in non-public areas to maintain professionalism.
• Support colleagues by ensuring clarity of tasks and shared understanding.
• Facilitate effective communication among employees utilizing tools such as pagers, radios, and email.
