Key Responsibilities
As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the face of our hotel brand, ensuring every guest receives a welcoming and memorable stay. Your role involves anticipating guest requirements, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, and personally managing guest satisfaction issues to resolution. Additionally, you'll employ creative solutions to exceed guest expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a college degree in hotel management or a related discipline.
- Proven previous experience within Front Office or Guest Services departments.
- Strong verbal and written English communication capabilities.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with Front Office Systems.
