Job description
Position Overview
This role involves much more than merely facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs. The aim is to craft a memorable and distinctive stay experience. As a Guest Experience Expert, you proactively provide a variety of services to assist guests throughout their entire visit. This includes managing operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, compiling reports, and offering insights about the local area. The goal is to make every interaction part of an engaging guest experience.
Work Environment and Responsibilities
Success in this position depends on several key factors including maintaining a safe workplace, adhering strictly to company policies, protecting confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional image with respect to uniform, appearance, and communication. The job requires physical activity such as standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods and manual tasks including lifting or moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Experience: No prior experience or supervisory background required.
- Licenses/Certifications: None required.
