Role Overview

At The Luxury Collection, our Guest Experience Experts are tasked with creating memorable and unique stays for guests, extending far beyond simple check-in and check-out processes. These professionals proactively provide a broad spectrum of hospitality services that accompany guests throughout their visit. Empowered to navigate their workspace autonomously, they address operational needs, resolve guest requests promptly, manage reporting tasks, and share insights about local attractions. Their objective is to ensure that every transaction blends smoothly into an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities and Work Environment

Success in this role involves maintaining a safe work environment and adhering strictly to company policies and confidentiality requirements. Protecting company assets, upholding high-quality service standards, and presenting oneself professionally in uniform and communication are essential. The Guest Experience Expert will be physically active—being on their feet and moving around for extended periods, and engaging in hands-on activities like lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items up to 10 pounds without assistance. Fulfilling these duties and any other reasonable tasks as assigned is crucial to consistently delivering excellence to both guests and the business.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience

• Educational qualification: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience is required.
• No licenses or certifications are necessary.
