Job Overview and Location
This role is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, specifically at Corniche Boulevard. The position is full-time and all duties are performed on site.
Role Purpose
The core responsibility goes beyond ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to create unique and unforgettable guest experiences by anticipating and fulfilling a broad range of requests. This includes operational tasks, handling guest inquiries, completing reports, and sharing detailed information about local events and attractions to enhance the guest's stay. Each interaction contributes to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively provide a variety of guest services that enhance their stay.
- Handle operational activities and guest requests efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate reporting related to guest experiences.
- Offer insights and recommendations on local events and attractions to guests.
- Support hotel operations by completing reasonable additional duties as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding company assets.
- Maintain high standards of quality, professional appearance including uniform and personal grooming, and effective communication.
- Engage actively in physical tasks such as standing, walking extended periods, moving or lifting objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of secondary education or possession of an equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- No prior relevant work or supervisory experience is necessary.
- No licenses or certifications required for this position.
