Job Overview

The Guest Experience Expert role goes beyond standard guest check-in and check-out procedures by delivering a memorable and distinctive experience throughout the guest's stay. This position is designed to provide a broad spectrum of services, guiding guests seamlessly while addressing their needs proactively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively manage operational tasks and respond to guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation related to guest services.
• Share insights and recommendations about local attractions and highlights to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Protect confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and safeguard company assets.
• Present a professional appearance with proper uniform and communication standards.
• Be physically active by standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling tasks that involve moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• No licenses or certifications necessary.
