Front Office Assistant

Overview

At The Luxury Collection, your role goes beyond simple guest check-ins and check-outs. As a Front Office Assistant, you are entrusted to create memorable and distinct guest experiences by managing a variety of services that accompany guests throughout their stay. Empowered to act independently, you handle operational tasks, address guest inquiries, complete necessary reports, and share local highlights, making every interaction an integral part of the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

Success in this position requires adherence to workplace safety, company procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company resources, and consistently upholding quality standards. Additionally, you will maintain a professional appearance and manner in uniform and communication. Physically, you should be prepared for prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking, and be able to handle objects up to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing these duties thoroughly and any other reasonable tasks assigned is essential to delivering outstanding service for our guests and supporting business operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• No previous related work or supervisory experience is required.
• There are no requirements for licenses or certifications.
