Overview
This role is about more than just managing smooth check-ins and check-outs. The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for creating memorable and distinctive experiences for guests throughout their stay. Empowered with the freedom to operate independently within their work environment, they deliver a diverse range of services including managing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and providing information about local attractions. Every interaction is designed to enrich the guest's experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest requests and operational tasks efficiently.
- Create a welcoming and seamless journey for guests from arrival to departure.
- Deliver personalized service that makes each transaction part of the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Protect company assets and uphold confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and present a professional appearance and communication style at all times.
- Be physically active on the job, including standing, walking, and moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as requested to support guest satisfaction and business success.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- No prior related work experience necessary.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No special licenses or certifications needed.

This position is based on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and is full-time and on-site.
