Role Overview
Based in Al Khobar, the full-time Guest Experience Associate is responsible for creating a personalized and seamless experience for residents and visitors. This position involves greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, operating front desk functions, coordinating reservations and guest inquiries, and ensuring prompt resolution of concerns. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, cooperating with housekeeping and operational teams, and supporting community events to enhance the residents' overall satisfaction. Upholding Marriott’s service excellence standards is fundamental, focusing on providing a welcoming atmosphere for long-stay executive clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong customer service orientation with an ability to anticipate and address guest needs thoughtfully.
- Experience in front desk operations including guest check-in/check-out and managing inquiries.
- Competency in handling reservations, modifications, and collaborating across departments.
- Previous hospitality or hotel front office experience in a guest-facing role is advantageous.
- Fluent English communication; additional language proficiency is favorable in an international context.
- Organizational capability with keen attention to detail and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with property management systems or hotel reservation software is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays, consistent with hospitality demands.
